• Provide necessary product information to the purchaser during supply, including product inspection reports, certificates of conformity, drawings, parts lists, user manuals, packing lists, and other materials.
• The supplier shall provide the purchaser with a product supply list stamped with the official seal of the supplier.
• The packaging and registered trademarks of the supplier's products comply with relevant industry or national regulations.
• Any of the following situations does not fall under the supplier's free warranty responsibility, but can be compensated at cost price:
  1 Exceeding the warranty period.
  2 Equipment damage caused by failure to install, operate, and maintain according to the product manual or by personnel without relevant qualification certificates.3 Due to uncontrollable disasters such as floods, fires, lightning strikes, earthquakes, etc., the product may malfunction or be damaged.4 Malfunctions or damages caused by non supplier products themselves.
• The purchaser shall strictly follow the storage conditions indicated on the packaging, and shall be responsible for any quality issues caused by improper storage of the product by the purchaser.
• If the user complains about product quality issues, the supplier should actively cooperate to resolve them properly. If it is indeed the supplier's responsibility, the supplier shall bear full responsibilityAnd the cost.
