Product Presentation:
RS502 series temperature and pressure reducing device realizes pressure reduction, noise reduction and temperature reduction in one valve. High-temperature steam enters from the valve inlet and first passes through the pressure reducing spool for a multi-stage decompression process, while the high-temperature steam passes through a multi-stage honeycomb noise reduction orifice plate where the noise is greatly reduced. The decompressed steam is subjected to the Laval nozzle (VH, VHP) installed at the center of the valve outlet to spray uniform low-temperature water for synthesis, to achieve the purpose of rapid temperature reduction.
1. Pressure-balanced type – The pressure-balanced spool is used in applications with large differential pressures. The spool adopts a porous pressure-balanced design to eliminate the unbalanced force of the medium differential pressure on the spool, thereby reducing the output force required by the regulating valve actuator.
2. Multi-stage pressure reduction – LDM’s unique multi-stage pressure reduction technology makes the pressure reduction effect more obvious and outstanding. Each stage of pressure reduction up to 4.0 ~ 5.0MPa, up to 3 levels.
