RV300 series regulating valves have V-Port, multi-port, pressure balanced, multi-stage decompression type spools, which can meet the requirements of various working conditions.
RV300 series regulating valve spool adopts forging and then processing technology, which improves the compactness of the spool material and enhances the spool’s anti-scouring capability.
1. V-Port Spool: The V-opening spool is processed by high-speed water jet precision machining technology, which greatly improves the machining accuracy and ensures the accuracy of the flow curve. The same specification regulating valve can change the flow curve and flow capacity just by changing the shape of the V-shaped window.
2. Porous spool: DAUME irregular opening technology effectively protects the inner parts of the valve from fluid cavitation, cavitation phenomenon, which greatly prolongs the service life of the control valve.
3. Pressure balanced: pressure balanced spool used in large differential pressure occasions, the spool using pressure balanced design eliminates the medium pressure difference to the spool of the imbalance force, thereby reducing the output force required by the regulating valve actuator.
4. Multi-stage pressure reduction: DAUME’s unique multi-stage pressure reduction technology makes the pressure reduction effect more obvious and outstanding. Each stage of pressure reduction up to 4.0~5.0MPa, up to 4 stages.
